The Inwood Hamster Lady

I fell into the whole hamster thing by accident when I found Wilhelm hamster crossing Broadway one night in 2004. He was my first hamster ever—and since I found him, I've been learning constantly. I don't have all the answers, but I do treat the animals well and take them to the vet when needed. I've even been sought out on Craig's List as "the Inwood hamster lady." Oh boy.

I'm just a 29 year old gal living in Manhattan. I have a day job in addition to caring for all the hammies at the New York Hamster House. I haven't yet had any hamsters get pregnant, which I consider a major feat seeing as I've taken care of over three hundred and fifty hamsters at this point.
