Write grant proposals, interim reports, and other documents for corporate and foundation relations. Research and liase with new and
potential grantmakers and funders. Investigate funders for Capital Campaign to build new tkts booth, and find prospects for tdf's first
gala. Research private individuals and corporations for annual giving, and strategize the cultivation of said prospects.
Manage Board of Trustee Development Committee meetings and present new prospects (foundations, individuals) to the Board.

Implement and run monthly Prospect Review meetings for directors and major gift officers. Edit and publish the twice-annual
Centennial newsletter with circulation of 1200 (and supervise redesign and renaming of newsletter in 2005). Initiated plan to add all profiles
into Raisers' Edge. Implemented Juilliard's use of Boardex, iWave, and 10KWizard. |

Researched primarily alumnae and spouses and their affiliated companies and foundations. Participated in gift planning for reunions.
Prepared comparative analysis of patterns in alumni giving to their spouse's alma mater giving. Developed an intra-office research website
for MGOs. Managed annual reports library, and assisted in supervising new part-time research assistant. Started young alumnae tracking
initiative. Specialized in valuing NYC (and other) real estate. |

Managed service comprising of 800 sitters (Barnard students), more than 2,200 NYC-area clients, and twelve receptionists. Implemented design
of website and use of email at the service, and made jobs searchable by pay, neighborhood, and other criteria.
Designed magnets that were sent to all clients. Trained all receptionists, as well as succeeding manager. |
